What is the serving size of the cakes?

15cm (W) x 22cm (L)

Will candles and knife be provided?

A knife is included in the orders but we do not provide candles.

Do your cakes contain butter?

No we do not use butter and water in our cakes.

How would I know if my order is confirmed?

An email confirmation will be sent to you once order is received. 

Are your cakes Halal certified? Do you use pork or lard?

No, our cakes are not Halal-certified. However, our cakes do not contain any pork, lard or alcohol in our ingredients.

How long can your cakes be kept for?

As we do not use any additives or preservatives, we recommend keeping the cakes in the fridge for up to three (3) days from the date of collection/delivery. 

Are your prices subject to GST?

All prices stated on our website are inclusive of GST.

What are the methods of payment available?

We do not accept cash on delivery and payment must be made online using either Credit/Debit Card/American Express, PayPal or Paynow. An order is only considered completed once successful payment has been made.

Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore? If yes, what are your delivery charges?

Yes, we deliver our orders island wide. There will be a standard SGD$8 delivery fee for any purchases below SGD$80. Free delivery will be provided for any spending of SGD$80 and above.

Do you do international shipping?

No. Please note that goods available from this site are available only to residents of (or companies incorporated in) Singapore. We will not be able to deliver to any address outside of Singapore.

How far in advance may I place my order?

Our standard cakes would have a 2 days ordering lead time. Items will be delivered to you the next 2 days in between 12pm to 5pm. 

For corporate orders or events, please contact our hotline at (65) 9733 9157. Ah Mah Homemade Cake reserves the right to withdraw or change any promotional items/deals/offers from its menu where it deemed fit.

Can we make changes to delivery address and timing afterwards?

There is strictly no refund, changes, or cancellation once the order has been made and confirmed.
