Marble Castella Cake

Marblelous Swirl Cake is a spin on the classic, nostalgia-evoking marble cake by Chef Andrew Tay. He reimagines the light and fluffy castella as a marble cake, and it now comes with gorgeous swirls! 

For this rendition, Ah Mah Homemade Cake uses dark chocolate, which has a mildly sweet note. The signature batter is swirled with chocolate ganache, and chocolate shavings sprinkled mid layer before it is baked to perfection.
